Create an Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page to address queries proactively. You can also add FAQs to any page or post. FAQs help you to section/structure your content into logical chunks and improve your SEO.
What are we building?
Let’s create a page and add sets of questions and answers (like the ones below) to a post or page in WordPress (without using any code).
At the same time, what if we were able to automatically add the structured data (FAQ schema) – i.e. code that helps search engines understand that your post addresses a question posed by a user. It may also help win you featured snippets in Search Engine Results Page (SERP).
Frequently Asked Questions
Your customers and clients may have some questions about your services or products. If they don’t find the answer they are likely to leave your site.
Save Time – address queries proactively. Don’t respond to the same question/s again and again.
Improve SEO – by structuring the content, users will be able to navigate your site easily.
Build Trust – be upfront and explaining your services and pricing etc
Reduce complaints – avoid frustration and provide answers to questions such as expected delivery schedule etc
Reduce anxiety – if you run an eCommerce site, FAQs will alleviate any purchase anxieties that your product page does not address.
